Brooke has spent the past ten years working in both health and fitness, and arts administration. She has a long-standing relationship with the YWCA of Minneapolis and has held marketing and public relations positions for various artists and arts organizations in the Twin Cities. In 2008 she joined her two passions, earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota and joining Reynolds Rehab specializing in performing arts physical therapy.
Brooke is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association orthopaedic section, was published in September 2008 in the Journal of Neurologic Rehabilitation, and is a faculty member at Globe University. She utilizes the Maitland techniques of spine and peripheral joint manual therapy, and other manual therapy techniques in her practice. Brooke has also developed comprehensive exercise protocols for many of the diagnoses treated at Reynolds Rehab.
Brooke has been involved in the Minnesota triathlon community for six years as a competitor and coach. She enjoys music with a background in voice and strings, and in February 2009 she added “mother” to her resume.
